Mullerthal - Luxemburg’s Little Switzerland

The Mullerthal Region is also called
   Luxemburg’s Little Switzerland. Here
visitors find well signalled hiking trails,
   special rock formations, hills, valleys,
forests and fields. The villages kept
   their original  rural character. History
never is far away, it dates back to more
than 2.000 years. Echternach, the oldest
city of Luxembourg is the center of the
   Mullerthal region.

Larochette

Larochette or d'Fiels, as the village
is called, is a nice small place,
pressed in a small valley between
rocky hills. Larochette is a tourist
   hotspot because  of the castle
throning over the village. In Luxembourg,
it is famous because it is the first
   place where immigrants from Portugal
   than Luxembourgish people were living.
